Good morning.
Bank Holiday Saturday and it's predicted to be a scorcher. Yesterday was hot. I have to remember to keep drinking, lots of water.
I copy a letter I received recently, from NHS England. Only it's not from the NHS it's from Capita PLC. The company who has the contract to deal with, and store, all NHS records. Capita is the same company where all the letters for TV Licensing come from.
I was puzzled. Why are they asking for confirmation of my details when they have been on my medical records from the moment I popped out into this world. I have moved house a few times, and my records have always followed me. Why are they asking me now? I made this video.
If you want to check out Capita here is the link to their web site. Or, if you want more details from external sources, Wiki do a good job of exposing their not so perfect business activities.
I see this letter as a threat. If I do not reply within 30 days, they will start the process of removing me from my GP's practice list. What if I am ill at any point in my life, will they refuse any treatment?
A very similar situation to, if you do not roll your sleeve up and take the jabbby in your arm you will be locked out of most of the social activities like pubs, restaurants, theaters and cinemas and such like. Well that didn't work did it.
The new Data Centres planned for this country, and throughout the world, will be bursting at the seams with every bit of information about all aspects of our lives. We are all paying for the loss of all our freedoms through Government taxes.
My video was published yesterday and I have had an email response to it. The subscriber is concerned that they might have acted in haste by responding to their letter. This highlights the fact that people are not doing enough research into matters which might have dire consequences. People are busy, they don't have time. This is what the Globalists want. Hurry up, they impose time limits on instructions on what to do next.
These are my thoughts. I have been to my doctors surgery, spoken to the receptionist, and as I expected she didn't have any answers for me. I will wait and see what happens next. You must do what is right for you.
It's a nice day, I will go outside.
Thanks for popping in. Have a good weekend. Toodle pip. ilona
I had avery nasty letter a few weeks ago from my GP surgery. Said if I cancelled two appointments in a row I would be struck off their list. I have been with the surgery since 1969. Unbelievable.
ReplyDeleteYou are nothing to them. just a number. Why didn't they ask you to come in and explain your circumstances. Ask you the reasons for the changes.
DeleteI had a similar letter last year and the year before, saying they were going to remove from the practice, why because I didn't go an appointment when they wanted me to go and not when it suited me to go, also I don't have the app thing on my phone either and refuse to let them contact me by phone, they've got my address, as for jabs, had two thanks, that was enough and they didn't like that either... ReplyDeleteDon't shoot the messenger. Capita are doing what the NHS has employed them to do.
ReplyDeleteI do believe it is the Government who have employed Capita to do their dirty work for them. They are providing the funding to reduce NHS costs because they are struggling to survive.
DeleteYes, the NHS is a Governnent led body.
DeleteEvery thing is so controling now they want to beat us down to a pulp and control our every move.my last GP visit the receptionist rolled her eyes at me when I came out.i ask her what is the matter she said you've gone over your slotted time by two minutes.!!! I didn't know I had to take a stop watch in with me to time the five minutes.im pleased I'm heading towards sixty.i would not like to be born now.i had my best years when I was youngx
ReplyDeletePatient care was always priority in the past. During my three short stays in hospital I was treated with the utmost respect. Now I feel abandoned, reduced to a few numbers on a spread sheet.
DeleteTo my knowledge this is all part of NHS digital and is a pilot scheme to see how people respond. Personally I’d ignore it. There’s not anything I’d want the NHS contacting me for anyway. I think it’s unlikely you’d be removed from your GP’s list and even if this did happen any GP practice be legally obliged to treat you if you were unwell.
ReplyDeletePeople living on a boat without a home mooring have to move location every 14 days and be on an onward journey so don’t have a permanent GP. If they’re unwell they register as a temporary patient in the area they’re in at the time.
All in preparation for when we go full blown digital. If anybody is going to remove me from their lists it will be the NHS, not Capita. As I see it, the NHS has a contract with me to provide me with any medical assistance that I might need. I paid into the system for 45 years. I have taken very little out of it. I am disgusted that I have been threatened in this way.
DeleteIn Norfolk people are being removed from GP lists because GPs are narrowing their catchment areas. They may have been with the surgery for years but they are being removed. No alternative practice is offered to them.
DeleteGreat advice boatgirl,...I didn't know it was a pilot so I responded because it worried me not to.... silly me,... but I'm the sort of person they can bully,. I've always complied because I was brought up that way, my mother taught me to do what others told me because everyone was nice and wanted the best for me.... I've only learned slowly as I've got older that that isn't always the case,.. my mum was a child of the caring loving 1930's Yorkshire traditional family background,.... how things have changed..... .
