The changeover to fibre broadband seems to have gone smoothly. Someone has asked about speed of browsing. It is ever so slightly faster, but it was ok anyway. I don't want to go faster, my brain works at it's own pace and I go with that. I have no need to rush anything. I have just loaded these photos to the blog and that was slightly faster. Now I have to match the speed of my fingers across the keyboard to keep up.
I have a decision to make. An Open Exhibition is coming up soon at the 20 21 Arts Centre. Local artists are allowed to enter three pieces of art for consideration. I have narrowed my choices down to four, so I need to remove one of them, in case I have to stick to the three. Surely they could change the rules for me. 😜😍😁 Which one should I leave out?
I haven't done any litter picking for a week. I must go and do a bit this morning. I will have a lot of catching up to do. I am still helping to look after Billy dog. He is very sad that his mummy isn't around. Lots of extra cuddles from me. Maybe Carol will come home today.
Must get on. Breakfast then go out.

Leave out the second one, the heart. Norma
ReplyDeleteAlthough not an easy decision, I would leave out the top item with the sunflowers. (it is really cute though) I particularly like the third item with the contrails and the distant trees etc. (just because of the design being a bit different) It would be difficult to choose. Poor Billy dog. Hope his mummy is home very soon. Ranee (MN) USA
ReplyDeleteThat is going to be a tough choice. I like them all lol. I do hope people have not messed up your picking spots badly. Hopefully your friend gets to come home today. Poor puppy.
ReplyDeleteThe heart is my favourite so I hope you keep that but you probably have more idea on what the judges want. I hope you are having some rest time at home and not running round too much with the litter picking, it seems there will always plenty waiting for you , I cannot believe all there is.

I would leave out the heart button one, I've seen it done by other people. The others are original, so you, your own style. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteJean.
My least favorite is the colored circles, with interspersed gold beads, on the black background. I very much like the other three--sunflowers, heart, and jet contrails over landscape--for their complex use of color and patterns, and the variety of skills used.
ReplyDeleteOh these are lovely, difficult decision, but I would leave the circles out. Good luck, from Stacey and Robert.
ReplyDeletePerhaps leave out the fourth - flis xx
ReplyDeleteAll exceptionally beautiful. Perhaps no 4 stays home
ReplyDeleteAll of your pieces are attractive but if I had to select one to leave out, it would be the 'circles' one on the black background. I love the sunflowers. ~ EssDee
ReplyDeleteI like the circles least too.
ReplyDeleteA difficult choice but I'd leave the circles out.
ReplyDeleteone with white crossed lines
ReplyDeleteI’d leave out the circles. Love the sunflower one! Deb from Ohio
ReplyDeleteLeave out the heart as not original.
ReplyDeleteYour artwork is all lovely and really interesting but I think the bottom left one the rings should be left out if it has to be only three, or maybe I'm being a bit conservative.
ReplyDeleteI'm always amazed that you pick up so much of other peoples rubbish, I live in a large Australian city and I've always found it to be very clean and not a lot of graffiti either. Years ago there were tv adds and print adds about keeping Australia Clean which seems to have worked also schools play a big part about teaching about the enviroment. Rosemary
I feel they should make an exception for you🙂 They are all beautiful. Maybe leave out the last one.
ReplyDeletePersonally I'd leave the circles one out as its the least interesting, but of course art is a very personal thing. Xx
