I expect you know this old country saying Ilona, but if you want to know if it's going to rain - try and spot a herd of cattle before departing as they lie down before the downpour begins (they're not daft, who wants a wet tummy?). I suppose I should say 'sit down' rather than 'lie down' but you know what I mean. It's true - I'm lucky enough to have a herd I can see and always check before going out. Lovely photos, very interesting and informative. We didn't want to go to the coast as it's always so busy. So we stayed in Buxton and went walking and sightseeing. We had a great time. Matlock, Matlock bath and Bakewell being our favorites.
