I really must do Malham Cove this year.
I just wondered if you have been to Wycoller? It's a short and beautiful drive from Haworth, through Stanbury and over the moors. I'm sure you can find lots of info and walks on the web. It's a pretty spot we used to love paddling in the stream there as children.
Jacquie x Jacquiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05070925194308020019noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3556657999892839298.post-31348364546400175782018-02-07T07:32:55.397+00:002018-02-07T07:32:55.397+00:00All the lightweight rubbish blows into our garden ...All the lightweight rubbish blows into our garden for the little cluster of houses we live in after a storm its like a lucky dip , yesterday it was up to the local abandoned airfield to get buckets of gravel and rocks to fill in the big holes in the grass verge outside made by thoughtless tits wheel spinning their vehicles off it ...knew the buckets would come in for something kate steeperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05772776996207438308noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3556657999892839298.post-87535942386998761352018-02-06T20:48:42.235+00:002018-02-06T20:48:42.235+00:00Thank you - I enjoyed reading about your adventure...Thank you - I enjoyed reading about your adventures in & around Haworth, & I'm looking forward to your next trip.msspamauhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08750164040379482130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3556657999892839298.post-11347225732142079622018-02-06T19:53:07.134+00:002018-02-06T19:53:07.134+00:00I have a bucket list too. Where he works, if they have meetings, any food that is brought in, is thrown away at the end of the day - unopened cakes, cakes that are left totally untouched, sandwiches, drinks in cartons brand new that have not been opened. What madness! Needless to say, it is brought home to me or, if it is anything meaty, he passes it on to someone who can eat it and would be grateful of it. My neighbour thinks I'm mad cos they're so cheap to buy, but I love getting things for free if they're just going to be chucked. I seem also to be accumulating laundry baskets in same way; 3 at the latest count, currently being used for storage. Madness to throw these things away.
