I would find that 18 minutes so relaxing, both the sight and the sound of the sea is like a balm isn't it? I enjoy going to galleries and looking at art even though I'm nowhere near "an educated art audience" member, we can all get something from it if we stop and take the time to look. This sounds fantastic, I love the sea and can sit on a cliff top and watch it for hours. I could do with a room like this at home! Nothing soothes my soul more than the sight and sound of the sea.
