Hello. I've had a lovely day. Family came from Nottingham and we went out for lunch. The food was very good at the Old Farmhouse pub next to the football ground. Plenty of it and the vegetables were cooked just right.
Back to my house for coffee and tea, and wine, and fresh fruit pudding, and cake and chocolates. We sat in the garden in the sunshine listening to the twittering birds, it was lovely.
Then we went a ride out to the Humber Bridge and went a walk part the way along it. It was starting to drizzle with rain, and the views across the bridge were a bit hazy in the mist, so we didn't go all the way across.
Cousins Kerry and Clare, their partners Pete and Warren, and Clare's little girl, Kissy. Auntie Lyn is a bit shy and didn't want to be on the picture.A smashing day it was lovely to see them, their first visit to my corner of North Lincolnshire.
I hope you have had a good day as well. Thanks for popping in, we'll catch up soon.
