The weather is baffling at the moment. I wake up to heavy mist, it changes to drizzle, then rain. At that point I decide on a day indoors. Then lo and behold by midday it brightens up. I have lunch then go out. Here are a few pics from todays five mile walk. It was very windy, but warm. Blowing the clouds across the skies, lots of opportunities to take some nice photos.
I pass an industrial estate. There must be something interesting to photograph there.
I wonder what tomorrow will bring. Thanks for popping in.

Again mother!!!! Absolutely beautiful and interesting pictures!! Just my opinion… I don’t think the wind turbines are too bad. I think to watch them slowly turn would be relaxing 😌. I know your village had a big debate….but if they are helping they are relaxing looking. Have they helped the village in anyway? Save money or make money?? Just an inquiring mind. ☺️🌬
ReplyDeleteI think a lot of promises were made when the go ahead to plant the turbines was finalised. Money would be made available for local community groups. I'm not sure it any of that materialised. I am in two minds whether they do any good for sustainable energy solutions. I don't mind the look of them.
DeleteSounds a bit like New Zealand weather! :)
ReplyDeleteI think mixed up weather is preferable to several months of extreme temperatures, either hot or cold.
DeleteLove Autumn colour's. My favourite season Clayre
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see the colours. Spring is my favourite when everything comes alive after the winter sleep.
DeleteHi Ilona , I can just about remember the Flixborough explosion. I was 9 at the time and bits of it landed in Brough i'm sure ! a nice memorial for the victims. Steve A
ReplyDeleteI don't know anything about the disaster apart from what I have read. I wasn't in the area at the time. The photographs look pretty horrendous.
