Why are people saying you are such a good owner? You let his fur get so matted the poor cat had to be SEDATED to have all the mats removed? A long haired cat needs to be brushed to keep its fur is good condition and they had to bathe him. Sorry but I am not sure I would have returned the cat to you.
You should be ashamed of yourself. You have neglected that cat. A responsible owner would never allow a cat to get as matted as that!
Today I got the bus to town and walked the five and a half miles back home. I picked a bit of litter along the way. I kept to the road coming back. There has been a lot of rain and I didn't want to walk through muddy fields.
I enjoy reading your blog but I won't blog anymore because of one really nasty person, how you carry on I don't know. Hats off to you Ilona.
ReplyDeleteI grew a set of balls when I became a lorry driver. A lot of women truckers fell by the wayside, they couldn't hack the nasty comments. You shouldn't be doing that job, you're taking it off a man. I have every right to do the job of my choosing. And so I did.
DeleteI wouldn't advise anyone to write a blog these days. Things were going well when I started 17 years ago, then it all began to crumble when the Government, with instructions from those above, put the fear of God into everyone with the help of main stream media, that everyone was going to die. But don't worry, we have miraculously invented a prick in the arm, which is going to save you. We all know now what a great big whopping lie that was.
It turned ordinary people into fearful monsters. They attacked anyone who dared to speak out against the plandemic. Now look at how the lie has evolved. Some people have woken up to the fact that they went along with it, but for others they are still under the spell of one of the biggest crimes against humanity. They will take it with them to their grave.
The Damage is done. They have dug themselves into the biggest hole they can find, within the comfort of their tribe. The blame culture is alive and kicking.

A lovely lady whose blog I follow had to go to a therapist because for the comments on her blog. She is beautiful, rich and kind and funny, which really comes through on her blog, but oh,… how the haters hated her so for having a wonderful life,.. like you,.. but unfortunately she is a sensitive woman and had to get therapy. I think the internet is causing all this,. No one would ever say that to your face,.. and if they did,.. they would get hit in the playground, because only in the playground is where that childish behaviour used to be. Norma.
DeleteOur long haired cats always had to be combed regularly - Little Whale was just very thick coated but he would have soon matted if not combed. My daughter got me a gentle specially designed comb with curved metal teeth, which got through the thick fur. We never had a problem with matting.

ReplyDeleteWe also had a long haired cat we had to get shaved. He was somewhat feral. He would let you pet him. But if we tried to brush him he would bite. He loved to hunt in the fields around our house all day. He came into our attached garage at night where he had food, water, toys and a heated room with windows he could stay in at night. He would get burs in his fur he would not let us even cut out. So I do sympathize with your Mickey. ♥️🐾🐾

Regards to the cat with matted fur if you read or listen to this lady's post properly she explained the cat already had some matted fur when he decided he wanted to come and live with her.ilona was trying to relive him from his matted fur that he already had by getting assistance from a vet.she is a very good cat owner and animal lover.she takes her cats to a vet for treatment she feeds the birds and hedgehogs what more do you want her to do .you've always been a good person to your animals Ilona these people talk nonsense .love Jo dorsetxx
ReplyDeleteI began receiving the serious trolling in 2016 when I said I had voted Leave in the Referendum. I was innocent as I had no idea that I opened the door to political abuse. It then ramped up when I said "give Trump a chance" in November 2016 in the US election. I then had more in 2017. The trollilng has never gone away and the subjects still mostly go back to the same two original statements I made, When I first began my blog in 2008 the trolling didn't happen and the comments would be discussion and/or fun or both. It is a shame because the early days of blogging were great. I enjoyed reading the comments today and thanks for publishing them. I enjoy reading your blog everyday. Rachel
ReplyDeleteI completely understand Rachel. It's a shame that this is the state of our country at the moment. Those on the left stick together and hunt in packs. They are on a mission to shoot down anyone who has the gall to think for themselves. Strip them of their armour and put them on a pedestal and they would crumble.
