Can you do that again........

Hello. Well that's all done and dusted then, two days of filming in the can. I tell you what, it aint easy. We went shopping at four supermarkets, Tesco, Sainsbury, Asda, and Morrisons, the idea being to buy only  yellow sticker reductions, spending £5 at each store.
You will have to wait four months to see it. It's on BBC in March, it's all about food shopping. I will let you know the date when I find out. Apparently I should get about ten minutes.
I'm going to have to sign off now until tomorrow. My brain has gone to mush. All I can hear is, and again, and again, and again.
Thanks for popping in. See you soon. Toodle pip

    1. Hi Linda. Rocky went to Barry's house, old boy Bugsy cat stayed in the bedroom, and the two young ladies disappeared outside somewhere. They are often out for much of the day anyway. It was best to have no distractions, I needed to concentrate on the job. This morning everybody is pleased to be back to normal.

    1. Hi Anon.No. just the cameraman and the sound lady came to my house. I did an interview once before many years ago with Angela Ripon, though never met her face to face. We hooked up on LBC Radio, I was in the radio car and she was in the studio. She won't remember but I do. It was a special day for me.

  24. Our yellow stickers are hardly worth it. 20p off the original price if you are lucky sometimes less and 9 times out of 10 the produce is already browning or oozing liquid. There are no real bargains to be had at all, not even bread on its last day.

  28. Wow! You can teach them a thing or two. They should show this along side the don't waste food program. So excited for you! Hoping someone post it to youtube so we in the U.S. can watch. I still listen to the Humberside radio station you linked once. Nice station.

  29. I look forward to seeing it. Ilona can I ask if you've been on any other TV shows? Years ago there was a lady on Superscrimpers and it was very interesting to hear her frugal tips, she looked a lot like you too!

    1. Hi Mrs LH. Yes I was on Superscrimpers, I was on the first series. I was also on a programme called hunt for Britains Tightest Person about a year before that, on Channel 4.
