Good to see that you are all sorted and back with us.And isnt it nice to be back to normal!!.My sister is joining along side me with the daily walking.Like Ive said before,she isnt used to walking much this last few years,because of weight gain and various health issues,so we are starting off tomorrow.Im off to an Indian buffet place tonight because it is one of my grandaughters 16th birthday.After this binge,it is all systems go for losing a few pounds that I must have put on over Christmas!xx
