Changing direction

When you want to go in a different direction, is it wise to make drastic changes, or do you tread carefully? It may or may not work out. If you made a mistake can you go back to where you were?

It's Sunday and the sun is shining. I have a list of things to do. Will have to get my skates on to get through them all.
