It was surprisingly warm outside today, despite the blustery wind. The skies were grey and it looked like it might rain again but I took a chance and went out. I still need to top up my miles. I'm on 800 at the moment, and with twelve days left in the month I need another 33 to reach the target.

I think the avenue of trees will need pollarding soon. I've never seen such a dark tunnel through them.

I am trying to live my life as normal as possible, but it's hard when all the time life as we know it is systematically being destroyed. A six month extension has been announced for the continuation of the emergency powers to control every aspect of our lives. They nodded it through without a vote, they laughed when they announced it. The end of this madness will only come when people stand up and say no, we aren't going to do it any more.

ReplyDeleteI watched a clip of Dannyboy Andrews yesterday. The smirk on his face is sickening. He is joyous that they will carry on into 2022 with their strangulation hold over Victoria. I feel your pain.
DeleteWow all those free mushrooms! Hope you took some home to cook. They look like regular field mushrooms and as long as they had no yellow staining and normal stems they would be good to eat.
