Small mushrooms when they started to appear.
Much larger mushrooms now.
Pink underneath as they were.
Now they are brown underneath.
Still not eating them. I was late up this morning. The walking is good for my sleeping. Now what to have for breakfast. Not mushrooms.
Catch ya later. Toodle pip. ilona
Your local Wildlife Conservation Trust will be doing Fungi Forays every year (I used to go on them when I was in Dorset) and will have an Expert who could advise. Just give them a bell - free food and all that!
ReplyDeleteThank you for that information.
DeleteI think those are horse mushrooms , but it is not a kind I’m familiar with . And the only way to be safe is to have them checked by an expert .When younger I used to pick mushrooms , but only sorts that grow in the woods , in France and in Israel . But I only touched the ones I knew well . I loved picking mushrooms!
