There is lots to photograph at the park now that summer is here. I was up early this morning. Porridge with blueberries and a banana for breakfast. The park was just beginning to wake up when I got there. Best time to walk around before lots of people turn up. Even the ducks were still asleep.
A few Sunday morning strollers having a natter.
Preparing for a days work. Two lads on their way to set up at the Go Ape tree top climbing attraction.
Choo choo, hear cometh the land train. Two photo's of this dead tree. I think the close up is better.
An abundance of wild flowers surround this fallen tree. This one has taken a battering in the wind over the years. Most of it is laid on the ground but it is still alive.
The Hall is very photogenic now the flowers are blooming. A good start to the day. Back for lunch. Quiche, beetroot, potato salad, and cheese, with a glass of wine. Perfect.
Thanks for popping in. Toodle pip. ilona
Gosh your photos are just wonderful Ilona. Such a pretty time of year where you live. We are a sea of leaves here at present. Everything there looks so green & colourful & vivid. Your breakfast AND your lunch sound very tasty!
ReplyDeleteHello Julie. I am really enjoying the composition process when pointing the camera at an interesting subject. Never mind AI, real life is a lot more beautiful. Enjoy the leaves before they fall to the ground to create a new crunchy blanket to walk on.
DeleteIlona those flowers are so lush the colours are amazing and I do love trees I live amongst loads of really old trees I feel they could tell a story or two beautifull to see where you goxx
ReplyDeleteI have my favourite trees in the park. It's comforting to know they will always be there. I was a bit upset when they introduced the 'Go Ape' attraction to part of the wooded area. Attaching wires and platforms so people could swing among the branches. Another example of when the precedence of making extra money over letting nature do it's thing.
