Aye up mi ducks. It's been a lovely day today. Sunny and warm. I went to the Post Office this morning to pay a couple of bills, Anglian Water, and Council Tax. Also got some cash out for spends.
This is one of the plants I bought last week. The bees love it. Don't ask me the name of it, I throw away the labels when I pot them up.
Where are the cats? Mayze is in the shelter up by the summerhouse. She is the boss of the cat family. The boys give her a wide berth because she shouts at them.
Oscar is curled up in his nest in the long grass. Mickey can often be found in the front garden, or near the front door. He got up when he saw me, so I took a bowl of food out for him. He used to live up the street and sometimes goes back there to visit. I was speaking to them the other day and they are amazed he is still around, at 19 years old. He is a lovely boy, sleeps on my bed with me every night.
It's just coming up to 7pm so I am going to get something to eat.
Thanks for popping in. Toodle pip. ilona
This is what I am talking about in the video. Comment just in.

Your thought processes are so jangled! You get stranger and stranger…think it must be the product of loving on your own and not having much education.
There are a lot of people with mental health problems. The highlight of their day is waiting for me to put out a post. They are consumed by fear and hate. That's no way to live a life.
After a blogging break I have begun to look up some of the old blogs I used to follow. So, following a thread I found your blog! I love all your crafts, and definitely need to research those dorset buttons. I am retired and live in Australia, and look forwrd to reading about more of your adventures.
ReplyDeleteHello. Good to hear from you. There are videos on yoootooob on how to make Dorset Buttons. Enjoy your retirement.
DeleteYour new plant is so vibrant & beautiful Ilona - it looks like it may be from the Gazania family. Love the photos of your cats - so peaceful there. I saw the photo of Mickey, before I read your writing & thought to myself Gosh that looks an old cat. He is doing wonderfully for his age by the looks.
ReplyDeleteMickey is doing ok. He is a gentle old boy and will enjoy home comforts for as long as he needs them.
DeleteI always keep my plant labels so I know what they are, and it also gives details of where they like to be planted/how big they get. It's all a learning process to me. I think yours are Gerbera.
ReplyDeleteSummer is the best time to enjoy a garden.
DeleteI read quite a few blogs and you seem to be the only one banging on about trolls and how people are trying to silence you and pull you down. My suggestion is ignore them, just delete and stop mentioning them.

I didn't ask for your suggestion. Maybe you should give this blog a miss from now on.
