All is well.

This is a video I recorded yesterday. Sitting alone on a bench in the middle of the fields is a great leveller to chase off the gloom and doom. If things are getting you down, take time out to look inside yourself for answers. They are there, you just need to do a bit of soul searching.
Green soup for tonight. Carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, and spinach, with a smattering of garlic, turmeric, oregano, and grated cheese on top. Lovely.
Garden done, brown bin filled, small sewing project finished, dog walk done, chatting on the phone with a friend. All is well.

  1. Hello, absolutely love watching you still on You tube, you are like a breath of fresh air and absolutely brilliant!! I really worry about you walking in the country side by yourself, it’s a nasty world now and you never know who is around. Please take care, all the best x

  4. Dear Ilona, fear not they aren’t talking about stopping pensions, they are talking about getting rid of the triple lock. If you have been retired for 17 years you have already been paid far more than you paid in.

    1. I know all about the triple lock. I am concerned about a recent speech made by Von der Leyen at a conference. She is well aware that there are trillions of 'spare' money lying around in dormant pension accounts, and she wants to get her hands on it. By the way, the savings we have in our bank accounts is not our money. It belongs to the banks and they can do whatever they want with it.

    2. It’s clear that unelected Ursula Von der Leyen’s plans to take control of EU citizens ‘lazy savings’ were given to her by the ruling ‘Epstein class’ . Here is Blackrock CEO and WEF chair Larry Fink’s very similar plans for American’s pension saving to be ‘invested’ in his data centres.
      They did tell you :-
“You will own nothing and be happy”.

  5. BlackRock CEO Larry Fink has proposed using Americans’ retirement savings to help finance the construction of data centers and the expansion of artificial intelligence infrastructure.
According to Fink, attracting private capital—including pension fund assets—could channel trillions of dollars into the sector while also allowing more Americans to benefit from the economic growth tied to the expansion of AI.
