Sticks and stones. . . . . .

This sort of thing bothers me, speaking ill of other people when you don't know them. Conversations on Talk Radio.

Jean in Suffolk says people who refuse the Covid vaccine should be sent to prison. "Vaccinations should be compulsory for everyone. Some people have to be protected from themselves."

Benjamin explains why there should be "consequences" for people that refuse to be vaccinated, beyond the risk of contracting Covid.

So, once again I am being being attacked because I choose not to follow a large percentage of the population. It happened when I chose not to have children, I was called selfish. It happened when I chose to become a lorry driver, I was told I was taking the job from a man. And now it's happening once again because I choose not to get stabbed. I have my reasons which I don't need to disclose to anyone else, but nevertheless, there are people out there who are hoping that I get locked away, or die a horrible death.

The words that Jean and Benjamin speak are quite worrying, but sadly they are not in the minority. I feel that there is a lot of hatred festering in people's minds. I believe that it signifies the beginning of a very bloody battle. Name calling is just part of it. I've had plenty of this type of ammunition aimed at me. While it is initially upsetting, it will soon evaporate into a cloud of dust, and hopefully find it's way back to the perpetrator in the form of Karma. You reap what you sow.

I am saddened that people have gone down the route of the jabberwocky, I am saddened that some people are now regretting it. On the other hand some people are over the moon that they have been given the opportunity. I hope they are similarly chuffed when they are offered the third and fourth, and so on.

I will not be name calling. Everyone has the capacity to think for themselves, though some think more logically than others. I don't care if you have been jabbbbbed, or not. So, am I hesitant, or anti?  I am not anti because I have had all the necessary medication in the past. I am very hesitant when it comes to what is best for my body. It took me years to persuade the doctor that I want to be sterilised, and it will be years before I can be persuaded to join in the hysteria which has taken over the world.

I wish you well on this lovely sunny Sunday morning. I'm off to the Park. Thanks for popping in. Have a good weekend. ilona

  1. Good Morning IIona, a very interesting Post from you and I am one of the people who like to do what they want to do regardless of other people. I do my own thing and just keep my opinions to others, I try not to listen to others and keep my thoughts to myself.
By the way I like the way you finished the table of.
    Keep posting.

  2. Keyboard Warriors one and all, they hide behind their screens. If they had to tell you all that to your face with nobody else around I suspect they would suddenly be struck dumb or mutter that they didn't really mean it, especially if they were shown the consequences of their wishes. MSM to blame again, it sure has mastered the art of whipping people up into a frenzy. I think we have to accept that we are always going to have the thickos and the easily duped with us, just like corrupt and lying politicians.

But look at your life Ilona, you've not let it get to you, you are carrying on as you want. Proof that there is sense out there, although we might have a dig a bit to find it.

  3. People have the right to choose if they want it or not, I am getting scared by some of the comments I have heard the vaccinated say about those that choose not to. It really is quite creepy, why on earth would someone want a person to go to prison for deciding not to have it!! The fact is that there is people who have either died or had terrible side effects from the vaccine. Another fact is that the vaccinated still can get it and carry corvid and hence infect others. I am amazed how after taking the jab, people seem to think they are corvid free and don't have to protect themselves or others. My goodness the world has gone mad, and common sense has gone with it. x

    1. Neil Oliver recently asked the same question, has the world gone mad. Day by day the horror stories keep coming. I wouldn't be surprised if people take the law into their own hands and fight back.

  4. It's mass radicalisation. Pure and simple. It's part of the strategy unfortunately.

  5. Just understand that your "choice" endangers others. If you are at peace with that within yourself, only God can judge you. You are not an island unto yourself, however much you like to fool yourself that you are.

    1. Lynn Marie, if you are vaccinated (as I and my family are), and you believe the vaccines protect you from serious illness or death should a "break through" case happen, how would someone else's choice endanger you? I don't say that to be flippant. I've asked others the same question, but have never received a straight answer, especially when I point out that if we say we trust the vaccinations we got, but remain fearful, then we display we don't have faith in them either. We can also make choices to wear masks and social distance, avoiding crowds... or even stay in our homes as fully vaccinated people. Everything we need can be delivered. I don't understand all the ongoing hysteria. I don't intend that as an attack, by the way, and hope you don't take it as one.

    2. Good point EM. Why do jabbed people think unjabbed people are a danger to them. Breakthrough cases are happening all the time. I should be the one that is worrying, I am at danger from jabbed people because they can still catch it and spread it.

Maybe Lynn Marie could tell me where is her God when thousands of people think they are doing the right thing by getting jabbed, then die, or sustain terrible injuries. Is God going to punish the perpetrators of these terrible crimes?

    3. Lynn Marie: It sounds like you have made a decision on God's behalf about who he should judge, which I find absolutely astounding.

    4. EM, you make the same point I have wondered about, and asked others about…my husband and I are vaccinated. Yet I believe with all my soul that everyone should make their own choice. Why would I, as a vaccinated person, worry what the unvaccinated person does? They are not a threat to me. The logic that unvaccinated people are a threat is very odd, and I cannot understand it. I would like it if someone, somewhere, can explain the threat.

    5. Hi Hilly. There are lots of unanswered questions, yet we are still fed the same old manufactured lies that keep us in compliance. Those that are questioning are treated as conspiracy theorists and made fun of. Even worse they are threatened with imprisonment.

Here's a question. Why was the virus not treated with long standing medication that had a track record of saving lives? Why is Ivermectin being rubbished now as a horse de worming treatment, which it technically is. But records show that the correct dosage when taken early has saved many lives. Why? Because we were told to wait for the jab. Big Pharma made it a condition that no other medication should be trialled, it is written into their contracts. Proof that it's about control, not about the health and welfare of people.

    6. Look up the following: 'Same Rolling Stone magazine that FAKED campus rape story a few years back BUSTED with complete bullsh#t story claiming Oklahoma hospitals are filled with ivermectin-damaged patients' If there was any alternative treatment (such as Ivermectin), they would not be able to use an experimental product by law.

  6. It has always been easier to follow the crowd, which is why most people do it. It's easy and lazy and takes no effort. It takes real strength of character and pure grit to stand one's ground. Well done, Ilona. I stand with you and am proud to do so.

  7. Those in glass houses shouldnt throw stones.

Your words from your research page, He stands by his principles, unlike some of the so called celebs who have sold their souls. (For context, this was the celebs who came out in favour of the jab)

Perhaps it's time we all just accept we need to make our own informed choices and stop wasting time and energy about what others are choosing to do.

    1. Being in the minority is not much fun. I have waivered a few times, wondering if I might have got it wrong. But I know in my heart of hearts that people are capable of committing great atrocities, and I feel that is what is happening now.

  10. My best friend won't have the jab but I've had it and so has OH. We are still friends and respect each other's personal choices. She didn't persuade us to not have it and I don't tell her she should. We are all different and personal choices regarding vaccinations should be just that. A personal choice. People condemning others for their own medical decisions are not nice people.

    1. A good way to be, Sally. People need to take control over their own lives, and not force their advice on others. I have read up a lot more than I am writing about here on the blog. It is not up to me to say what people should or shouldn't be doing. The information is out there if people wish to look.

  11. Interesting post. If people didn't announce to the world that they were jabbed or not, then nobody would know. It's a personal decision and nothing to do with anyone else. That's my rant over.

    1. That's a fair assumption. But people are social animals, they look to each other for guidance, clarification, inspiration, and confirmation that they are doing the right thing when faced with the complexities of life. Social circles are safety nets where people go to feel comfortable. Divisions occur when people feel threatened by the actions of others not in their circle. It is the normal order of evolution.

  12. I have had the jab for the simple reason that being 84 years young I would not like to catch Covid and perhaps die a horrible death. Apart from anything else I don't wish to die just yet 'cos I might miss something!!! So therefore I hope the jab will prevent me from catching it from others and maybe passing it on to anyone else and therefore keeping others safe. I will also have the booster jab and flu jab and still wear my mask in public places. All of this is my personal choice only, just as others have made their choices. It is a very nasty virus and I for one hope to avoid catching it or passing it on to others. Ann

  15. I can’t fathom why anyone would say an unmarried woman is selfish for not having children ilona. I don’t have children, have been married donkeys years and nobody ever said that to me.
The covid jab issue can’t be compared to being judged re children/jobs. I’ve had both jabs and if /when I get covid I won’t necessarily end up in hospital..whereas the unjabbed are more at risk..they could suffer more and more likely end up being hospitalised.

    1. When I went for the interview at the hospital with a doctor about my reasons for wanting a sterilisation, the question I was asked was, had I thought about how the next generation would be coming into the world if I chose not to have any. She questioned my mental health.

Barb you appear to feel safer after having been jabbed twice. Why do you say the un jabbed are at greater risk? It is now being proven that natural immunity is far superior than the manufactured kind. There are many people who will never catch co vid because their own body does a perfectly good job of fighting off the nasties which try to invade it. Also those un jabbbbed are aware of the precautions they need to take to avoid contact with people who could be a threat, and that includes jaaaabbbed people.

    2. At work we have just had four new cases, two are linked (car sharing) and the other two aren't.
The worst affected one is a 30 year old, unjabbed lady. Perfectly healthy and runs most mornings. She is really poorly, no appetite, really bad cough, poor breathing and bed ridden for the past week
Two are fully vaccinated and in their fifties they say they are really tired with a headache.
The other is a 22 year old, jabbed once with very mild symptoms.

I think what I am trying to say is what I have experienced so far is the virus has unpredictable effects. I dont think its possible to predict how it will affect anyone on an individual basis.
