Walking through Wallingwells Wood

I've just got this out of the oven, it's been cooking all afternoon. From the walk yesterday at Carlton in Lindrick.
Nothing exciting happened today. Did a load of washing, changed the bed covers. Didn't go out, it started raining. Working on the weaving picture. Just eaten mushrooms, courgettes, and spinach on a slice of bread, couldn't be bothered to toast it, for my dinner.
Thanks for popping in. Toodle pip.   ilona

    1. Yes, I did. Nobody seems to put marker posts in woods, and there are many more paths on the ground than there are on the map. I actually got a bit lost after I came out of the wood and found myself in a big open space.

  2. We're not out if the woods yet! Thanks for taking us bog hopping I enjoyed that. Isn't it nice when people stop to chat? A direct contrast to lockdown when people walked in a big semi circle around you. I had a brilliant walk yesterday in the rain but I didn't care. I only saw two men and they were striding out and soon whizzed past me. I am an ambler rather than a rambler as I do like to take pictures. Have a nice weekend.

    1. I like walking alone, but I like to chat to strangers. It adds a bit of interest to the walk.
