A Doctor speaks. (edited)

Good morning. I have just watched this video. I have been following Dr Chatterjee for years. The information he shares in this video makes a lot of sense to me. I share it here because some might find it helpful. Ignore the clickbait title. It doesn't shock me.
Here are a few quotes from the transcript. I totally get what he is saying. The health of the body is connected directly with what is going through our head.
Now I am struggling with the layout of this post, so I'll leave it at that. My computer skills often beat me. Watch it if you so wish.
Enjoy your weekend. Toodle pip.   ilona

  1. I truly think and have thought for a while that we as humans are thought of as numbers numbers for our health stuff our bank accounts our bills it all comes back to being a number.ibwas told by Tex message this week my numbers in a routine blood test were all in the normal range of numbers! Then I was told my cholesterol was a normal number but I could have statins if I wished too.why would I need them if my so called numbers are normal.i read up on statins it said they have bad side effects. It is all very puzzleing it seems my numbers are good but they wish to push the pills on me anywayx

    1. We all collect numbers which identify us throughout our lives. I can remember my NHS number without looking it up. To consolidate all these numbers will be of no benefit to us at all. 'For your own good', is a complete lie.

We used to be able to trust doctors to do their best for us and advise accordingly. Now it's a minefield of confusion. It's not in their best interests to have healthy patients, as those who do not need medical interventions earn them no money.

We all know when this downhill spiral started taking over our lives. How the promotion of fear sent many offering their bodies to the Big Pharma God. Once that phase had started to fade away another God appeared. Now it comes in a little bottle of pills.

First of all they created the damage, now they are offering solutions to the damage they created.

Well done for doing your own research. Not everyone has the same approach to their own health.

  2. Hi Iilona.
Thank you for this video, it made a lot of sense.
It reminded me of a book I read years ago about Dr Edward Bach, he was the Doctor who discovered the flower remedies and was way ahead of his time in his thinking that illness was related to the mind in many ways.
He lived over a hundred years ago.
    Eve.

    1. Hello Eve. Thank you for this information. I have found a web site about Dr Bach, it's an interesting read.

      https://thebachflowerschool.com/bach-flowers/medicine-man-to-mystic-bachs-transformational-journey/

Bach had cancer of the spleen. He took a brave step and left his lucrative Harley Street practice and determinedly set about trying to find a natural and simple method of healing the emotions first and so the body would follow. He succumbed to the cancer on 27th November 1936. In 1930 his doctors told him he had three months to live – and he lived for a further 7 years.

    1. That's what doctors are supposed to do. Talk to their patients. Stick with that one. He sounds like he cares about your health.

  4. Honestly if you we don’t -personally suffer from mental health issues it’s none of our business. It’s the business of the sufferer and their doctor to decide what’s best for them.

    1. Hello Levi. I was thinking about you and here you are back again. Welcome back. Sad about Dame Patricia, a mighty fine actor. At least we have the legacy of the old movies to look back on. God bless Mrs Bucket.
