Good evening.
Coffee Morning started an hour later this morning. 11am instead of 10am, and still I was late. Not to worry, they know me by now.
The food was very nicely laid out on two tables. Afterwards there was a raffle with some really nice prizes to be won, then they finished off with two games of Bingo.
This afternoon I made some more bunting.
Tonight I made a pan of soup with parsnips, broccoli, cauliflower, and a leek. Very nice it is. Plenty for tomorrow.
I have just checked the back garden, and the small hedgehog is here for some food.

ReplyDeleteA lovely spread please d you were well enough to go ,a hot day here in Australia , it will be early dog walks if the heat has decided to come we are in summer but it has been mild till now.
ReplyDeleteThat looks lovely Ilona. I'm trying to avoid people and have started to wear a face mask which is ironic as I didn't wear one throughout Covid. But then I caught whooping cough for the second time in my life and as an asthmatic I was lucky to live. So now I don't want to risk flu although I've had my annual flu jab. I hate masks but too many people in shops.
