So CONGRATULATIONS to Amy in Florida who is on 1070. She is doing a combination of walking, jogging, and cycling, so well done Amy. You can stop now if you want to, or carry on to the end of the year. It's up to you.
It doesn't matter how you get your exercise, or how many miles you have done, it's the getting up off your backside and taking part which is important. So well done to all those who are still soldiering on as we go into the eighth month. Stick with it people, you are all winning.
