Bags of bags

Hello there. I'm not making any more shopping bags for the Epworth Show on Monday. Thirteen will have to be enough. We have loads of stuff to sell anyway, the tables will be full. If anyone is around they can find us on our cat rescue stall in the Craft Marquee. We would love to see you. It will be me and Janet on duty.
Pleased to report that Heidi is looking fine this morning. She scoffed her breakfast and is now sunning herself in the garden.

I've had the car tyres checked because I have another longish journey coming up, and they are fine. Can't be too careful where tyres are concerned. Jobs have been ticked off the to do list, still a few more to do. The move over to Tesco for my mobile phone is completed, it's looking like the O2 coverage for this area is pretty good, better than Vodafone.

It's a lovely day here, I think we will be lucky for Monday, the forecast is good. I'm off outside for a while, too nice to be in. Thanks for popping in, enjoy your weekend, we'll catch up soon.

    1. That was a good find Debi.I buy those flowers for my families graves, often from the £ shop ,but you don't get many for £1.I had B & H toiletries as a gift before and it's really nice x

  10. Love those bags! Many are finally discovering that the cheapo woven "cloth" bags with grocery advertising (logos) aren't worth the bother. Often given out free or $1 each otherwise, they simply don't stand the test of time. I have 30 year old canvas bags that continue to serve me well, in addition to some cloth bags I made myself. Well done! Your bags are pretty and cheerful, they are sure to sell!

    1. Hello Linda. I don't offer the shopping bags for sale online, because it would cost £2 - £3 for postage, and if people add a donation to it, they really aren't worth it. Also, once I start doing that, I would be forever making bags, which I don't want to do. Also, we make enough money for the cat rescue by doing local shows, Sue and Janet do car boot sales, people who pass a cat onto us, and those who rehome one, give donations, and we get free cat litter from a company. We make enough to cover our costs. Thank you for offering.
