Errrrmmm, excuse me.........

would it be possible for you chaps to move over and let me in?

It's comforting to know that my pets are tucked up safely indoors at night, and that they love me.

Mayze has declined to join us, she is cosy and fast asleep in the box of shredded paper.

Toodle pip.

  1. How comfy for them! Our cat sleeps in the same place of the bed - at the end on my side - every night. She's never there when we go to bed but come the morning she's always there. I even sleep diagonally to accommodate her and poor hubs has only a tiny bit of bed. (Mrs LH)

  3. We have never slept with our dogs (no cats in our house), as they are kenneled at night. When my daughter's dog comes to stay, she does sleep with us (as that what she does at mom's house), but I feel her moving around all night. Your animals look pretty comfy!

  4. How lovely! Our bed seems so large since both of our cats passed way.

  5. One cat by my feet and one by my side. My sweet dog on her comfy bed beside my bed(she is 75 lbs and big..hubby says no to on the bed!) Don't believe I could sleep if they weren't all present.

  12. Hi Ilona, I wanted to say thank you. I read your August posts from last year and have started a blog of my own. I'm so excited! I've thought about it for ages (years) but now am going for it thanks to your encouragement. I'll make loads of mistakes but I have a lot to say and it feels so good to share. I hope I meet some nice folk like you seem to have on here. Thank you once again. Love Wendy

  13. I sleep with a West Highland white terrier who thinks I am her mother! The old Labrador/golden retriever has never slept on the bed, but sometimes she climbs up just to say hello and get a little lovin'. Amazing that she can do this, since she is 14 and had one leg re-built.
