Good morning. Finally at around midnight, the video finished uploading to yoootooob, so those across the pond got a look at it first. I tried my hardest to limit the wobbles, maybe if I'd had a few jars of alcohol first my hand would have been steadier.
Shopping was done last night. Aldi was very quiet as usual, at 8.30pm. I didn't manage to get to three weeks this time, there were things I needed. Or should I say, things that one fussy cat needed. I can eat whatever I have in, but if you have a whimpering cat around your heels, you have to do what's needed to pacify them.
The video is almost half an hour long, and yes, I do have a mug of coffee, so make one for yourself and take the weight off your feet.
Have a good weekend, if you can, with all the restrictions becoming more confusing by the day. Don't forget, THE CLOCKS NEED TO BE PUT BACK ONE HOUR TONIGHT IN THE UK. British summer time ends, where did it go.

What a wonderful place to wake up in each morning!.I bet the room will feel empty when you have to put it all away although I do realise,that as you say,things can get dusty and damaged when left on show.Ive really enjoyed your display and made my self a cup of coffee to watch it!I feel as though every time I see a different favourite,it depends on the time of year it is.My favourite before was the big one with the houses,church and mountain at the back.Today,I fell in love with the Christmas trees with snow that you made at a class.You really do have talent!.Hope that you have a lovely weekend.It is damp,cold and windy here in Leicester so I am going to do my walk a bit earlier before I nip to my Mams house.I have changed a few bits around in my living room just to give it a fresher feel to it,lol.Like you,I hate house work!xx

So bright and cheery! I love them all (except possibly the monster, bit disturbing for me, hope you won’t mind my saying) but my favourite is Cord Hill. The hours and hours of work that they all represent is truly mind-boggling. How fantastic to look around and think that you made almost your whole environment!

ReplyDeleteThe bag you made for me a few years ago is like a very hardworking piece of art and has proved strong and invaluable all throughout my house move. Backwards and forwards with all sorts of things in it AND used for shopping as well. It's as fresh now as when it was made.
Hello Ilona, that's a wonderful collection of art works in your bedroom, which I must say looks lovely and bright and a nice room to sleep in. Like you, I'd rather make something crafty than do housework. Ugh! I really enjoy your coffee chats, it's like having a friend come to visit. Just chatting about things you're doing, nothing special. You have a lovely little giggly laugh sometimes which always gets to me. I just wish I could enjoy walking like you. I try to get inspired but I fail.
