Handsome guy sleeps with his dogs

Weekends are always quiet in blogland, people take time out to do other things. On this cold and frosty morning I am getting on with some sewing.
I have put a video on here before about Bobby and his doggy sanctuary. Here's another one. He's a big man with a big heart.
Catch ya later.  Toodle pip.   ilona

  4. Holy cow! How many dogs were there? I tried to count them but it was impossible! It is cold and dreary here in the south. It will be a good day to just relax and pray for a better 2021 for the whole world.

    1. Bobby has about 50 dogs. He hit a bad patch some years ago, hit rock bottom, and took in a rescue dog. He says that saved his life. He just kept on taking in dogs That needed a home. As far as I know he keeps them for life.

  5. I knew a couple who took early retirement and decided to take in dogs, they do rehome them very carefully though. They also bought a mini bus to transport the dogs, which caused a lot of amusement to other road users that looked in to see dogs sitting on the seats and looking out of the window.

Our dog, sleeps in our bedroom. She has a bed in the corner of the room and tends to move between there and the corner of our bed.
It breaks my heart to see so many dogs in shelters, I was reading about the British charities who are rescuing dogs from China that were destined to be eaten. Martin Kemp is doing a lot of fundraising for them.

    1. We have two dogs in our village that have been rescued from Romania. They are so gentle, probably appreciative of the new homes they have.

    1. I think I have watched almost every video from him. He has a new project, to set up new camps to rescue all breeds of dogs that need a home. He is such a kind and caring person. Thanks for the link.

  7. How adorable! I love it when big men cuddle with little dogs and love them so much. We have two little dachshunds and my husband is 6' 3". They are all over their Daddy.
