Pic of the day.

I've been out today. I went to Pocklington. Over the Humber Bridge, head for Market Weighton on the A1034, and turn left on the A1079 towards York. Turn right on the B1247. I have some photos and three videos to check, I'll post some of them tomorrow. In the meantime this one is from Burnby Hall Gardens.
Catch ya tomorrow. Toodle pip.   ilona

  3. Beautiful gardens. One of those sights I've missed when travelling the A1079 to York. I guess that in earlier times the York road went through Pocklington. This is where your blogs/photos are so helpful in taking me to the parts of Britain I never made it to. Of course, I could resort to Street View on Google Maps, but it's not quite the same as having your own personal tour guide, namely you ilona.
