Christmassy day.

It was a village day yesterday. I met a friend at the Village Hall for a coffee chat. The Christmas Fair was quiet in the afternoon.
After that I did a three mile village walk. Bumped into Ken who is back from his campervan travels. He has been in Norfolk and Suffolk since September. He will go off somewhere else in the new year. He walks every day and looks well.

At 6pm the tree lights were switched on. There was a marquee set up with a bar which was packed out. The school children's choir were singing their little hearts out. There was a tent with Santa sitting in there. Kids were waiting to see him. I didn't stay. Took some photo's and did a quick exit back home. It started raining.

Today it's been raining on and off. I am hoping there is a clear patch about 4pm to take Billy out.

Thanks for popping in. Toodle pip.   ilona
