Crafty Club was a lot of fun this morning. I did some litter picking, gotta keep the village looking tidy. Billy enjoyed his doggy walkies this afternoon. I made a pan of lovely veggie stew with couscous for dinner.

This reminded me of someone I worked with before I retired. They were always skint every month as they spent all their money on take aways and microwave food. Said they couldn't cook and didn't want to learn. Just ate out every now and again. Several of us offered to help them learn but they said it was too much trouble to bother with! Some people can't be helped.
ReplyDeleteFor serious debt I'd recommend stepcheck. They really helped my best friend last year. She can't get credit anymore for several years but she kept her car and is now debt free. They were brilliant.

Debi from Leicester.We have never had any debt,What we couldnt afford...we saved up for....and by that time we maybe had changed our minds and thought we dont need it,lol.On a serious note,my hubby has always paid the bills by direct debit.He has now been diagnosed with Alzheimers and I have got to take over Power of Attorney.Due to being ripped of by places like Virgin Media who keep stealing our money,which involves at least a 2 to 3 hour stress full phone call every month,I now want paper bills sent to me,from all the companys involved and I will then pay what is due....and I havent got a clue.I want to have control of our money not the people who are taking it out our bank every month.So I have got to make a few phone calls in the next few months to see how I can get this all changed.Wish me luck.......xx
