This brooch turned out quite well. I used dark blue felt for the background. The centre piece is a metal button, I took the back off so I could get a needle and cotton all the way through the tiny holes.
I had a morning on the computer, checking and replying to the comments on my yooootooob channel. I ate lunch while watching the UK Column News, 1 till 2. Took Billy for a walk after that, and had a soak in the bath when I got back. A bowl of veg stew for my dinner. An altogether good day.
