The sun is shining but it is very cold. I have had to break the ice on the birds drinking bowls scattered about on the lawn.
I came across this snippet of news last night, so a quick copy and paste was all I had time for before I went to bed. So What's it all about? You might get the gist of it if you have time to read it. The text on the letter might be a bit difficult to read, sorry, not had time to edit it.

ministers have stopped 75 highly skilled sheep shearers from coming to the UK for this year’s sheep shearing season. tell me that Australian and Kiwi shearers usually shear 1.5-2 million sheep in our warm months to prevent heat stroke and disease.
The Home Office must u-turn on this decision urgently before the season starts in two months.

Preventing Australian/Kiwi Sheep Shearers from entering the UK at the height of season appears to be part of an all out attack on Farmers by its own Govt as well as this being animal cruelty.
For years there's been a partnership & friendships between Australian NZ & UK shearers & surrounding communities.
So I guess the shearers from the UK won't be able to go to NZ & Australia either. For years this partnership & friendship has existed & a petty bureaucratic breaks it. Another part of our culture destroyed

I chatted to the young lady as they were getting ready. She told me they are from Lanarkshire, and they go all over the world shearing sheep. They have 350 to do here today.
A story about the Labour Government trying to stop the sheep shearers coming here to help out with the mammoth task of shearing all our sheep within a limited amount of time. So what happens when our sheep shearers want to go there to work on their shearing programme?

WHY? They are letting thousands in across the Channel, who have no right to be here, and yet short-term visits by a very limited number of skilled workers . Blardy ridiculous and along the lines of revenge for all the tractor blockages and people protesting against the industrialization of Mid-Wales by windfarms which will not benefit anyone in Wales other than the Councils who have their pension funds invested in it.
ReplyDeleteI am beginning to see a pattern. They, the richest people on earth, are on a mission to destroy all the smaller Western countries. I have just been reading about what is happening in Ukraine. Zelensky is stripping his country of it's forests. Shipping out thousands of tons of logs to the highest bidder. He is the bad guy who kidnaps his young men and drags them off to war. It's about asset stripping from the countries that rely on valuable resources to keep their economy afloat. Same with Gates buying up farmland. Same with the net zero hoax. Same with the climate crisis hoax. Same with the pandemic scam. They want to destroy our farming industry so they can move in and claim the land. There is a saying, import the third world and you become the third world. It's a power grab. Get rid of all the small players and you get to rule the world. It's all about control.
