    This guy is great, I love his idea of drawing your line and standing according to it No matter what. I see his name is Carl Vernon, I will check out his podcasts. Thanks for telling me about him.

      Carl Vernon speaks in a slow and measured way, making his message clear and simple. Work things out in your own way and live by your own rules. That applies to everyone. The only way to be at peace with yourself is not be intimidated by those who want to force their own rules onto you. Thanks for your comment. Glad you found this post useful.

    He is so right about how our lives are at the moment.It does amount to being bullied.What we can and cant do.What we can and cant say ect.But it only seems to apply to us ordinary folk and not the big boys.Our day will come if we all stand up and realise what is going on in this country!x
