It took the Council almost a week to collect my latest pile of litter pickings. I didn't want to add any more to it until they had cleared it away. If the bags are there too long wild birds and small animals start to pull holes in them as they search for food.
I was at the back of Tesco yesterday and picked two bags. I ran out of time and went back today to finish the job.
No time to bag the glass up, I will come back for that.
Today I explored a bit further round the back of the store. I found a camp. What a mess.
Access to pick the rubbish up is going to be difficult. I would have to drag my trolley through long wet grass along the edge of the field. Some of it is too heavy for me to move. Not sure if I want to tackle it. It needs a team of people.
