Computer says no.

Dr Rangan Chattergee says we should have one day off per week away from screens. I'm willing to give that a try. This screen is about to shut down, and I am going to engage with the real world.  Catch up later.  ilona

    1. It didn't call me, Bri, because I was away from home and didn't take it with me. It was great.

  4. Hi there! I try to be offline every other day, it was hard at first and I gradually built it up. Now it's so freeing to think no computer today when I wake up! There's nothing that can't wait until tomorrow. I noticed you said some time ago you were going to do less blogging but you seem to blog just as much as you did before so didn't that work out for you?
    Cheerio!

    1. I did say I wasn't going to blog so often, and I have missed a few days, but it's a habit. The computer is dominating my life, and I need to change that. Will try harder.

  5. Great idea but with more and more companies not willing to talk to us or deal with us unless we are online life without a screen is getting harder and harder.
