Oh no! That's terrible!

 Very sad news from North Lincolnshire Matters, has emerged this morning on the book of faces. Pizza Hut has gone bust. 68 sites closed, and the loss of 1210 jobs nationwide. Being made redundant is nothing to joke about, I hope they find alternative employment. But going by the comments, a lot of people aren't surprised. Tap the screens to chose your meal. Pay with a card. Extortionate prices. Other independent pizza places starting up pushing menus through every door.

I haven't had a pizza for years. I tried one once, it was like a thick wad of pastry with a smear of tomato sauce on top. Not impressed. I remember making one myself at home, thinking I could do better job than that. It was very nice. Buy a plain base, and pile on a thick topping of my choice until it was falling over the sides. Now I make something similar with one piece of seeded bread.
