Photo from 2019. The Woodland Walk at Patchings Art Centre.
Good morning. We start the day off with rain here. A heavy shower has freshened the garden.
Coffee while checking around on the computer, it's part of my daily routine. What pops up is Lee Asher, from Asher House, the well know animal rescue establishment. He is walking with his pack of dogs, lots of them. Ladies, he is very easy on the eye, take a look.
There was a little kerfuffle by one of the dogs. It was picking on several others. Lee has the answer to that. Defuse the situation by putting it on a lead and walking calmly with it by his side for a few minutes. No shouting, no chasing it about, no creating tension. Dogs pick up on negative vibes and respond with aggression. Lee is the pack leader and they know it.
So, can the same solution be applied to quell human aggression. I am not sure if it can be used to solve crowd aggression, but I believe his advice is sage on a one to one basis. This is what he says. . . .
Find the tension in your life, and let it go.
That's it. So simple.
Have a good weekend. Toodle pip. ilona
