Titter time, yes you are allowed to titter, go ahead. You may find that your stifled snigger will develop into a full blown uncontrollable belly laugh. That's allowed as well.
Be careful Andrew. They are tightening the freedom of speech laws. Some words are definitely out of bounds and you may get arrested and thrown in the clink. That's prison, or jail, if you are in another country.
