Every rambler should have a brolly


With thanks to South Downs aka Mark, from the walking forum, for this picture. My shorts are not really short are they, should be called longs, ha ha.

    Nicholas Crane always uses a brolly. Makes sense unless you need both hands.

    I love the pink umbrella. Your shorts look very comfortable and easy for walking. If I were walking in the bracken and other places you walk, I would wear long pants and long sleeves, no matter the weather. Otherwise, I would have itchy splotches from anything green touching me. I love the heather! Okay, I just love all shades of pink.

    Don't worry about the longs, if they were 'long John's' on show that would be a different matter. lol
    As for the handy hubby, yes I would struggle doing some jobs without him, it must sometimes be frustrating for you, although I know you're up for most things.
