Sea of Yellow

Lovely walk yesterday, but a bit too hot. Stay hydrated folks, take water with you. Love the smell of the oil seed rape.

Remember the animals. Put water bowls out for the birds, and don't walk dogs when it's hot.

  1. Those are some lovely pictures, I like going on adventures with you! I agree, remember the animals. Our Labradors don't do well in the heat. :)

    1. My blog is a mixed bag of what interests me. It won't always be to your liking so skip the bits you have no interest in. I hope to do more trips out. Thank you for your comment.

    1. Hello Tammy. I love the changing of the seasons. To see everything growing gives me hope for the future. I believe they rotate crops on a three year basis. Could be potatoes, grain, or in this area, turf.

  3. Lovely photos the yellow is always such a cheerful colour thanks for taking us out with you. They are waiting for rain to sow the crops here. Autumn is cold nights and mornings but pleasant sunny days. I like living with four seasons.Higher up in Australia there are just two Marie in Horsham

    1. Crops growing in our fields is a good sign. Growing food should be priority.
