Hand made gifts

Did you guess which ones I bought? This looks lovely in the window.
It also looks lovely with a tea light behind it. A gift for me. It reminds me of the glorious sunsets we have here.
Gorgeous hand made soap. A gift for me. It smells divine.

A cute pussy cat decorative cushion. A gift for a friend.
I went for a walk today. This is a picture of the wind farm. I don't think the turbines were moving. I couldn't see them, and I couldn't hear them. There was no wind. 😁
This is a picture of a horse in a field. 🐴👀
It was dark the last half mile. My fault, I stopped to talk to someone. I remembered to take a torch.
Catch ya tomorrow. Toodle pip.   ilona

  1. I guessed two out of three! Looks like you had a lovely day out and I'm glad you got such lovely things as a treat, especially that glass.

    1. I bought the soap on a last minute whim, that's why I didn't photograph the stall. I had £5 to spare so I thought, just the job, something smelly.

    2. I always ask my children for Nice Soap for Christmas - lasts me through the year then.

    3. Agree BB. Nice smellies make a bathing experience very relaxing.

  2. Finger trouble so may not have worked on my first attempt.
Stationary windmills and mist and fog - an epitaph for Net Zero and relying on wind and solar to keep the lights on.
Love the glass, especially with the tra light behind it - certainly evocative of sunrise/sunset.

    1. Net zero is destined for failure. I wonder how far they will push us into bankruptcy before they give up.

  5. The glass looks wonderful, it reminds me of all your lovely photos of sunsets! If you really want to give away the cushion, you have to hide it, or you will get so used to it that you will have to keep it! I always buy handmade soaps, they smell so good and are made only with good ingredients. And even if they are a little pricier than soap bars from the supermarket, the still cost much less than the liquid soap most people use nowadays.
Your "foggy" photos are beautiful! But together with the stationary windmills they mean that there is no renewable energy produced.
