First thoughts of the day.

I didn't get up until 8am. Cats waiting for food.

Drinking coffee, thinking about what I am going to do today. Write and post Christmas card to my friend carol. Don't know if it will get there in time. I hope it will, but if it doesn't, she won't mind.

Hot water is on, at some point I will have a bath today.

Packing up some of my crafts to take to the Coffee Morning tomorrow. Christmas party special.

Billy dog walk this afternoon.

Get some cash out from the Post Office.

Post some pictures here of the Christmas Tree Festival.

Go again to the Park to film inside the hall. I have permission.

Scanning the news on t'internet while I drink coffee. What a mess. It's all panning out as expected.

Nurses on strike, rail staff on strike. Don't get ill, and stay at home.

Nonsense Headlines.

South London Nursing Home warned after staff talked about bowel movements in the lounge.

Coldest street in UK sees elderly suffer in silence amid frost covered homes.

Lincolnshire woman who wrote off £3000k Lamborghini and damaged her own car is fined.

Man shares clever two second hack for de icing your car.

Non binary nuclear waste worker Sam, is out of their job.

London Council sparks controversy after urging cyclists not to ride in snow.

Snow to hammer Britain again in days, as new maps unveil weather battleground.

Caravan owners face £2,500 fines for towing incorrectly, after major driving law change.

And so it goes on. Morning scan done, now I can get on with my day knowing that all the major issues have been covered in the daily news. Some would say what nonsense they spout, It's far too tame to call it that. A word I think is more suited to these crazy times is, BOLLOCKS. Can't say any more really. Try saying it out loud. Much more satisfying to dismiss all the nonsense with one word. I use it often. It gives me great satisfaction to mutter BOLLOCKS, or BOLLOX as you prefer, as I hit the delete button. Know what I mean 😁

Breakfast time. Enjoy your day. Toodle pip.   ilona

  1. Hi Ilona, I do the same, scan it all and then dismiss it all as a load of rubbish. Keep warm, Briony xx

    1. Thank you Briony. More bollocks this morning. Once you are alerted to it you can find it everywhere. Nice and warm in my house.
